Cape Coral Brothers owns and operates our own fleet

Cape Coral Brothers Dumpster Rental owns and operates our own trucks and roll-off containers out of our yard at 805 NE 8th St, Cape Coral, FL 33909, serving Cape Coral, Florida and the rest of Lee County. We do not connect customers with third-party haulers or independent providers. Every container you rent from us is delivered, serviced, collected and disposed of by our own team.

General information only

The content on capecoralbrothersdumpsterrental.com — including our guides, blog articles, size charts, weight estimates and location pages — is published for general informational purposes to help you plan and describe your job accurately when you call. It reflects general industry practice around Cape Coral and Lee County, but it is not professional advice, and specific pricing, availability and container terms are confirmed directly with you by our team before delivery.

How local government works here

Every community on our service list sits inside Lee County — unlike some of the multi-county service areas this business type can have, there is no county-line split to worry about here. What does vary is whether a community has its own separate municipal government. Cape Coral itself is its own incorporated city, City of Cape Coral, FL, which is our own home government. Fort Myers, Estero, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel are each their own separately incorporated city, village or town, with their own municipal government and their own rules on permits and the public right-of-way — see the location table on our service area page for each one's official site. North Fort Myers, Matlacha, Pine Island, Lehigh Acres, San Carlos Park and Alva are unincorporated communities with no separate city hall of their own; they are governed directly by Lee County, FL instead. Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel are barrier islands, each reached from the mainland only by causeway — a genuine logistics factor we build into delivery scheduling for either one, not a regulatory distinction.

Regulations change

Permit requirements, right-of-way rules, disposal fees, recycling programs and hurricane-related road restrictions are set by governments, not by us, and they change without notice. Anything we say about them is our general understanding at the time of writing. Always confirm current requirements directly with the relevant authority before you rely on it:

Any of the incorporated cities, villages and towns above may layer its own permit or right-of-way rule on top of the county's — when in doubt, call that municipality's own office directly rather than assuming a county-wide answer covers it.

Estimates are estimates

Container dimensions, capacities, weight allowances, project sizing guidance and any prices or price ranges shown on this site are approximate, general to the industry, and provided to help you describe your job when you call. Actual debris weights vary enormously with moisture, material and age — wet, storm-soaked yard debris in particular. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding quotation. A rate is only binding once it is confirmed directly with you by our team.

Permit and placement responsibility

Unless we specifically agree in writing to secure a permit on your behalf, responsibility for any required placement permit — and for confirming whether one is needed for your address — rests with you, the customer. On private property, no permit is generally required anywhere in Lee County; placement on a public street is where a permit most often applies, and which office to contact depends on the specific city, village, town or unincorporated community involved — see the list above.

Hurricane season

Lee County sits in an active Gulf Coast hurricane corridor, and Atlantic hurricane season, June through November, is a real, current risk here — Hurricane Ian made landfall near Cape Coral in 2022 with major regional impact. We will delay or reschedule a delivery, service or pickup ahead of a storm where we judge it unsafe to run, and we are not liable for delay caused by a storm or its aftermath (see our Terms & Conditions, force majeure).

Not engineering or safety advice

Guidance on driveway loading, demolition, roof work, mold, asbestos and hazardous materials is general in nature. Structural, environmental and safety questions should be referred to a qualified professional — a structural engineer, a licensed abatement contractor, or your local building department as appropriate. See OSHA for workplace safety requirements.
