A local business, run plainly
Cape Coral Brothers Dumpster Rental is owned and run by Marcus Delgado, built to bring straightforward, dependable dumpster service to Cape Coral homeowners and contractors. Too many companies make you chase a quote, guess at a size, and hope a truck shows up when it said it would. We set out to run the kind of outfit we'd want to call ourselves — a team that actually answers the phone and follows through on what it promises.
That's still the whole mission: to make waste removal easier, cleaner and more straightforward for everyone in Cape Coral. Upfront pricing, responsible disposal, and staying involved in the community we live and work in — that isn't marketing language here, it's how the company actually runs day to day.
Cape Coral is built around more than 400 miles of navigable canals — more than any other city on Earth — which shapes almost everything about how a job here actually runs: narrow canal-front streets, seawalls and docks to work around, and HOA rules that vary block to block in a lot of the canal communities. It's also one of the fastest-growing cities in Florida, with new-home and infill construction going up across town. It's a small point of local color, and it says something about a city built around water and rapid growth at once — which is exactly the kind of area awareness our own drivers factor into a delivery near a canal lot or a fresh subdivision.
What we look like today
We own and manage our own dumpster fleet, handle scheduling and logistics in-house, and our own drivers deliver every container we set down. Our yard on 805 NE 8th St coordinates deliveries across Cape Coral and the communities spreading out across Lee County — from North Fort Myers and Fort Myers to Bonita Springs, and out to the barrier islands of Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel.
Our team knows this area — the narrow canal-front streets where a container has to sit clear of a seawall or dock, the causeway crossing that adds real time to a delivery out to Sanibel or Fort Myers Beach, and the newer, still-settling driveways further out in Lehigh Acres where a fresh lot might need a different approach than an established street. We know a container set a few feet off on a narrow canal lot can mean a blocked sidewalk or a dock access issue, and we know exactly what a summer tropical system does to a delivery schedule by the time we come back for a pickup.
Our promise, in one line: the flat rate we quote on the phone is the rate on the invoice, and if we ever get that wrong, we make it right — not you.
Why we care about where it ends up
Hauling debris for a living gives you a fairly direct relationship with the consequences. We live here. So we treat Florida's waste rules as more than paperwork — we sort out clean wood, metal, cardboard, concrete and yard debris where the volume justifies it, and we'd rather spend five minutes on the phone telling you where an old appliance should go than quietly let it become someone else's problem.
If you want the detail on that, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) publishes guidance on solid waste and construction & demolition disposal statewide, and Lee County Solid Waste Division handles the county-level side of it. Our own plain-English version is in this guide.
Cape Coral climate and geography, handled
Atlantic hurricane season runs June through November and is a genuine, current reality here, not a distant risk — Hurricane Ian made landfall near Cape Coral in 2022 with major regional impact, and every season since has meant real pre-storm prep and post-storm cleanup work for us. That's a practical, everyday consideration from early summer through fall, and our drivers plan a delivery schedule around it rather than treat it as an exception. On the water side of things, Cape Coral's canal network means seawall and dock access, and canal-community HOA rules, come up on a large share of our residential jobs — a genuinely different placement conversation than a standard inland driveway. Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach add a further wrinkle, since both are barrier islands reached only by causeway, so a delivery out there is scheduled with the crossing in mind.
The rest of the year, roughly 355 days of sun keeps work moving without the seasonal slowdown a lot of markets deal with, and Cape Coral's own fast new-construction and infill growth keeps a steady stream of poured-footing, block and stucco debris on our schedule alongside the usual home cleanouts and remodels.

Our team
The people who answer the phone
Every call we take is handled by our own small team — not a rotating cast from a call center somewhere else. Here's exactly who you're talking to when you call Cape Coral Brothers.

Marcus Delgado
Owner & FounderMarcus started Cape Coral Brothers because he grew up watching too many good projects around Cape Coral stall out waiting on a truck that never showed. He still expects to be the person you can call directly if something goes wrong, and he's usually somewhere between the yard and a customer's driveway on any given day.

Denise Okafor
Office ManagerDenise keeps the daily schedule, the fleet and the yard on 805 NE 8th St running the way Cape Coral customers expect — a truck where it's supposed to be, when it's supposed to be there, hurricane season included.

Christina Alvarez
Customer Care CoordinatorChristina is usually the first voice you hear when you call, and the one who follows up after your rental to make sure the pickup went the way you expected.

Tyler Bennett
Lead DriverTyler has set more containers on more Cape Coral-area driveways than anyone else on the team — from tight canal-front streets to newer lots out in Lehigh Acres — and he's the one who runs the causeway deliveries out to Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach when the timing gets tight.

What you can expect on delivery day
- A call or text ahead from your driver so you're not waiting around all day.
- Boards laid under the rails before the container touches your surface.
- Placement confirmed with you before it's set down, not after.
- A quick, honest rundown of what can and can't go in.
- The site left clean on pickup — we sweep up what falls.
Reviews
What customers tell us
I almost booked a 30 yard for a kitchen gut in San Carlos Park. Whoever answered the phone at Cape Coral Brothers talked me down to a 15 and was dead right — I never came close to filling it.
Priya N.San Carlos Park — Kitchen Remodel
After a tropical system pushed through and dropped limbs across our fence line out in Alva, Cape Coral Brothers had a 20 yard on the ground the next morning while half the road was still waiting on a chainsaw crew. Their driver clearly knew the back roads on our side of the county — no wrong turns, no wasted time.
Todd B.Alva — Hurricane Debris Cleanup
We used Cape Coral Brothers for a whole subdivision build out in Lehigh Acres and never once missed a scheduled swap. Same driver most weeks, which meant I didn't have to re-explain the site every time he pulled in. Flat rate held the whole way through.

Answers
About Cape Coral Brothers — common questions
Is Cape Coral Brothers actually based in Cape Coral?
Yes. Our yard and office are at 805 NE 8th St, Cape Coral, FL 33909, and that's where our dispatch runs day to day. We're not an out-of-state call center — when you call (239) 341-6424 you reach our own Cape Coral team.
How long have you been in business?
We don't lead with a specific founding date because what matters more is how we operate today: a locally owned Cape Coral family business, based in Cape Coral, with a small team that answers the phone and gets a container on your driveway when we say we will. Ask us about our track record with a specific job type and we'll give you a straight answer.
Are your drivers licensed and insured?
Our fleet and drivers are fully licensed and insured to operate in Florida. We're happy to provide a certificate of insurance for general contractors and property managers before a job starts — just ask when you call. It's a routine request for us, and we can usually turn it around the same day so it doesn't hold up your project schedule.
Do you work with contractors on ongoing jobs?
Constantly. Remodelers, roofers, property managers handling seasonal rental turnover, and builders working through Cape Coral's new-construction and infill boom make up a large share of our week. We can set up standing swap-out arrangements with a consistent driver, priority call windows during hurricane season, and consolidated monthly invoicing. Call and ask for the commercial side, and we'll build a schedule that fits how your crews actually work.
What happens to the material after pickup?
Our driver weighs it, then sorts where the load makes sorting worthwhile — clean wood, scrap metal, cardboard, clean concrete and yard debris get diverted rather than landfilled. Everything else goes to a permitted disposal facility. Materials restricted from ordinary Florida landfill disposal are separated out and routed to the right facility, per Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and Lee County Solid Waste Division rules.
